Kai-Anasa George
Education Consultant
I am a dedicated educational leader with over two decades of expertise in guiding families toward finding the best educational fit for their children. With a background in educational administration and enrollment management, I understand the importance of matching students with schools that align with their academic goals, personal values, and unique strengths.
As Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid, I have worked closely with families to ensure a personalized and supportive process. I developed a reputation for helping parents navigate the complexities of school selection, financial aid, and the broader educational landscape. My experience has equipped me with the insight to assess families’ needs and ensure that students thrive in environments that foster academic success, personal growth, and
social-emotional well-being.
My expertise extends to international program development, where I have spearheaded initiatives to recruit, welcome, and integrate students from diverse backgrounds. I offer families a holistic approach to the decision-making process and aim to empower them with the knowledge and confidence to make informed educational choices that support their child’s growth and future success.
I started my career in New York City independent schools at Horace Mann as an Admissions Associate before becoming the Director of High School Admissions at Little Red School House (LREI). I then moved to DC and led the enrollment and financial aid office at Edmund Burke School for 18 years. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, and I specialize in the placement of high school students.
I have two wonderful adult children who are also independent school alums.
